§ Legal

Terms of use.

The terms that govern your use of this website. Engagements are governed by their own signed agreements; these terms cover the site itself.

Last updated:

1. Who these terms bind

This website, experia.systems, is operated by Experia Systems, Durban, South Africa. By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, close the tab. Nothing on this site requires an account or a signature.

2. What this site is

The site describes Experia Systems' consulting practice and software platforms. Its content is general information, not advice. Nothing here creates a consulting engagement, a licence to our software, or any other contract; those exist only when both parties sign one.

3. Quotations and rates

Any pricing or rate information communicated through or referenced from this site is indicative, exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, and subject to written confirmation per engagement. A quotation is an offer only in the form and for the period stated on the quotation itself.

4. Intellectual property

The Experia Systems name, the concentric-ring mark, the wordmark, and the content of this site are the property of Experia Systems or its licensors. Persona CX and Neuron Learning are Experia Systems products. You may quote reasonable extracts with attribution; you may not reproduce the site's design, pass off the brand, or use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to breach, probe, or degrade the site or its infrastructure; don't scrape at volumes that affect service; don't use the contact channels to send unlawful content. Automated access for indexing and citation (search engines, AI retrieval) is permitted within the limits expressed in our robots.txt.

6. Third-party links

The site links to external sites, including our own product domains and third parties. We're responsible for our content, not theirs.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but give no warranty that it is either, and to the maximum extent South African law allows, Experia Systems is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, where it applies.

8. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of KwaZulu-Natal have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
