The firm behind the systems.
Experia Systems is an independent ICT consultancy in Durban, founded in 2021. We design, build, and run business-critical systems, working remotely across EMEA.
§ 01 · The firm
Consultants who ship.
We work on both sides of the line that usually separates advisors from builders. The consulting practice covers ICT operations, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and business analysis. The software practice, Experia.dev, builds and runs the systems those engagements call for.
That combination is deliberate. Advice that never meets production stays theoretical; systems built without an operating view age badly. Doing both keeps each side honest.

To bring 5IR technology to businesses in the EMEA market, with a particular focus on Africa: designing, building, and running the systems that success stories depend on.

A POPIA-native platform for contact centres and BPOs: lead intake, routing and escalation, and a consent vault with an immutable audit trail.
Corporate training that shows its work
Outcomes-based learning programmes in our own LMS, with cohort analytics that produce audit-grade evidence.
§ 04 · How we work
Plain words, honest numbers.
Every engagement starts with discovery: we look at the actual estate before we quote, and the real business problem gets defined before anything gets built. Proposals arrive with the scope, the model, and the assumptions written down.
